In this category, a job seeker must obtain a job offer from an employer who holds a UKVI sponsor licence, as this licence allows UK employers to recruit and employ migrant skilled workers. The position must either be on the shortage occupation list or be a graduate level job, which the employer has not been able to fill with local people. Therefore, this category is aimed at filling in a position that has arisen in the workplace and is not a role created solely for visa purposes.

At Job Connections, we have employers who approach us from time to time, requesting for our services to source, screen and shortlist suitable applicants that can fill the employer’s job vacancies. The job vacancies will vary from Care Assistant, Support Worker, Senior Carer and Registered Nurse. We collect CVs from potential job seekers and contact them when suitable job openings become available.
