Tier 2 Support

The UK operates a points-based system for employing workers from outside of European Union. Employers looking to employ overseas staff can apply for skilled work visas under the different categories of this points-based system.

The Tier-2 (General) category is for migrants with a skilled job offer to fill a gap in the UK workforce that cannot be filled by a settled worker.

Employers wishing to employ an overseas worker (migrant)  must first apply for a sponsor licence before they can sponsor the overseas worker.
